Description:
This variety will give you beautiful salad whose beautiful red ruby leaves will brighten your winter and spring salads.
Culture Tip:
1. Sowing: Sow February to March in rows.
2. Thinning: At 3-4 leaf stage, pull out the smallest seedling and keep only the most vigorous plants every 20 cm.
3. Harvest: in fall cut the top part, leaving out the roots in the ground, those roots will give those beautiful small red heads.
Companion Plant:
Grow chicory along with cabbage; this association will save space and watering.
