This very productive variety, with wide almost smooth dark green leaves, is highly resistant to cold and therefore particularly suitable as a winter crops.

Spinach can be eaten in quiches or flanks. Its young shoots are delicious in salads.

Culture Tip:
1. Sowing: Sow August to October, in a sunny position, in rows 30 cm. Spinach adapts to most soils, but needs a slightly shaded exposure and good humidity. Do not hesitate to firmly pack the soil after sowing.
2. Thinning: When you have 3-4 spinach leaves, pull the smaller plants and keep the strongest plant, leaving a space of 15 cm between plants.
3. Harvest: Harvest from October to April.
Companion Plants:
Spinach likes the proximity of strawberry which allows it to have a larger output with softer leaves.
