Culinary Tip:

Excellent for the production of crispy delicious pickles. 

Culture Tip:

1. Sowing: Sow in a sunny position in March to June, 4-5 seeds in small shallow holes spaced 1m x 60 cm. 
2. Thinning: Ten days after sowing, keep in each hole only the two most vigorous plants and tear others. 
3. Harvest: Harvest July to October. For pickles in July, sow under glass in Feb.
