1. Sowing: Sow in the ground in full sun from April to June, in rows 25 cm apart. Make sure your soil is soft and stone free, this will guarantee straight and beautiful carrots. 
2. Thinning: At 2-3 leaf stage, pull the smaller plants and keep only the strongest to leave a carrot for every 5 cm. 
3. Harvest: Harvest July to mid-December.
